The high-quality precision mechanical parts, machine assemblies, and vacuum systems are assembled in both clean room and non-clean room environments. As a service provider, Frencken Mechatronics also produces high-quality precision components and modules for leading clients in the high-tech industry.
Process Quality Control & Monitoring
- Review/ maintain QA checklist
- Preparation of deviation form / supplier change request information
- Production process review and implementation
Process Validation & Change Management
- Review / initiate change notice
- Update PCP
Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving
- Investigation on customer complaint, internal defect
- Drive MRB session with cross functional team to align disposition and action plan
- Drive MRB session with cross functional team to align disposition and action plan
- Arrange part replacement and screening activity at customer site, 3rd party and warehouse inventory
- Involve in RMA unit analysis / investigation, SAP system transaction (example: Request CoC)
Continuous Improvement
- Maintain Work Instructions (WI), SOPs, Inspection standards
Auditing
- (Lead) internal process audit & follow up with PIC investigation / action status.
- Support CQE customer process audit & follow up with PIC investigation / action status.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with production team, engineering, project team, SQE, part fabrication division (SMM/PMM), CQE.
- Provide quality feedback & training to assembly technician.
- Follow up with PIC till RMR closure / report completion
