We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Strategic Planning Executive to join our Treasury team at RHB Banking Group. This role supports daily P&L reporting, system testing, transaction monitoring, and regulatory compliance, contributing to both operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.
What you will be doing• Collaborate with Finance on Treasury P&L reporting
• Conduct UAT, regression, and system integration testing for treasury systems
• Support data reconciliation and reporting during system upgrades
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity and conduct investigations
• Assist with AML/CFT reviews, FATCA/CRS compliance, and policy updates
• Provide post-implementation support and contribute to process improvements
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and support audits or regulatory reviews
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in finance, with exposure to financial systems
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros)
• Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., JIRA, FINIQ, Murex)
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
