CONTEXT:
The Professional Services Team’s mission is to successfully deliver our unique and configurable solution to customers and support our Partner community with high quality standards and strong commitment to excellence and efficiency. Our team has experts with very hands-on with a strong mindset of problem solving while also having the ability to think of the implementation holistically and provide solutions that solve the customer’s long-term challenges.
ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Implementation Lead to work on a full suite implementation project for customer in Singapore. We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join the project team for this high-profile project. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be a key point of contact for our client and the system integrator, and part of a ‘Squad’ defined per module (Contract Squad, Sourcing Squad, etc).
This is a hands-on role that requires both strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think holistically to provide long-term solutions for the customer.
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
- Lead or contribute to the end-to-end implementation of functional workstreams, such as Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing-to-Contracts, and Supplier Relationship Management.
- Actively work with the customer and the System Integrator during the design phase, providing leading practices and demonstrating the product.
- Lead or Contribute to the design.
- Lead or Contribute to the configuration of the solution from the user interface, using all available configuration tools.
- Guide Customer and System integrators on complex requirements
- Manage data loads and perform data integrity checks.
- Leverage SQL to solve technical issues or perform advanced configuration.
- Debug technical issues, provide root cause analysis, and resolve defects.
- Contribute to the overall testing effort.
- Oversee and contribute to the delivery and deployment plan, ensuring successful go lives.
- Contribute to Project Management Office (PMO) activities.
YOUR PROFILE
If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 9 years experience in web-based software development and software deployment processes
- Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement combined with excellent Project Management skills
- Experience working on SQL and other databases, including software configuration.
- Manage client relationships, self-driven, results oriented, strong leadership and exceptional communication skills
- Serve as mentor to colleagues and project teams
Soft Skills :
- Graduation or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer science, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent.
- Procurement domain will be an added advantage. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus, you will go through Ivalua’s certification process to learn the Product.
- Some travel may be necessary (~25%)
