Job Responsibilities

Facilitation & Programme Delivery

  • Facilitate weekly Orientation Programme

Talent Development & Learning Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support for learning and development programmes (e.g. training logistics, registrations, attendance tracking, post‑programme evaluation).

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training vendors on scheduling, materials, venues, and participant communications.

  • Maintain and update training records in the Workday Learning.

  • Assist in the preparation of training reports, dashboards, and utilisation summaries.

HR Data, Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records related to training programmes.

  • Assist in data analysis and reporting (e.g. participation rates, completion status, programme feedback).

  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and version control of TD&M materials accordance with guidelines and SOP.

  • Maintain an up‑to‑date training calendar on SharePoint, ensuring all training dates are accurate and current.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as a point of contact for Team Members and internal stakeholders on TD&M‑related administrative queries.

  • Draft and send programme communications, reminders, and instructions to participants and stakeholders.

  • Support engagement initiatives related to learning.

Ad‑hoc Support

  • Assist with process improvement, documentation, and digitisation efforts within the TD&M function.

  • Perform other HR or TD&M‑related duties as assigned.

Key Deliverables (During Contract Period)

  • Timely and accurate administration of training and talent programmes

  • Updated and reliable training and talent data records

  • Clear and professional communications and reports

  • Effective coordination with stakeholders to meet project timelines

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development or related field.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management or related field

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail

  • Good analytical and reporting skills; comfortable working with data and Excel

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint.

  • Familiarity with Workday Learning is an added advantage.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
