Summary

This role is to drive continuous improvement across ground operations processes, including but not limited to passenger-related services, operations planning, and various operational projects. As an integral member of the Ground Department, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as airport authorities and Scoot HQ to oversee forward planning initiatives, ensuring seamless airport operations for Scoot.
You will play an active role in the One Changi Forum, managing multiple projects from initiation through to completion and stabilization, such as Scoot Operations at Terminal 5 (T5). Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with stations and the HUB team to ensure implementation support and handover post implementation for ongoing initiatives and projects.

Job Description

1) Operations Planning

  • Work with SIA/OAL and respective stakeholders to increase interline traffic connectivity to achieve company’s commercial objectives towards greater connectivity and seamless journey for passengers transfer at HUB.                                       

  • Drive punctuality and customer experience through improvement of operational and customer handling.

  • Continuous review of existing processes/workflow with relevant stakeholders to identify area of improvement/optimization for SIN and overseas stations

  • Coordinate with Ground Services and Ground Operations on the implementation and execution of agreed procedure and processes.

  • Forward planning to ensure focus on achieving agreed OKRs

2) Project Management

  • Manage, oversee and lead operations projects across functional teams and cross function level (Inter-Department (TR) and External Department (CAG, vendors)

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations for projects.

  • Ensure projects are completed within scope, time, and budget constraints.

  • Post Implementation Considerations includes:
    -Handover for BAU
    -Review for bugs fixing and adjustments
    -Measure against OKRs set

3) Audits and compliances

  • Station audits in preparation of CAAS/Foreign CAA regulatory audits for Passenger/Cargo/DG/Safety and Security related this includes:

  • Conduct high frequency inspection at Indonesia.
  • Conduct TR stations audit.
  • Complete audit checklist and liaise with operations head and ground handling agents on any findings.
  • Prepare and complete reports for audits and inspection conducted.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
 

'•    Minimum of 3-5 years of Airport Operations experience. 
•    Project management experience will be beneficial to the role.
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders from all levels      
•    Ability and discipline to function independently with a focus on achieving planned objectives.
•    Quick to adopt and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
•    Embraces digitalisation and forward planning. 
•    High problem-solving skills based on a knowledge-based approach.
