The Specialist, Chatbot and Digital Adoption, will play a crucial role to support the adoption and optimization of digital tools, ensuring employees and stakeholders fully utilize these technologies to achieve organizational goals. This position involves managing chatbot solutions and digital adoption platforms (DAPs) to enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and maximize the return on technology investments.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Execution: Execute the operational strategy for chatbot frameworks and digital adoption platforms to align with organizational goals.
Project Management: Assist in planning, monitoring, and delivering chatbot and digital automation projects within scope and timeline.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and data owners to map customer journeys, manage logic flows, and handle engagement follow-ups.
Training & Support: Assist training initiatives for employees on digital tools, ensuring they are equipped to use them effectively.
User Experience Optimization: Leverage analytics to monitor user interactions with chatbots and DAPs, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Change Management: Assist in driving change programs to ensure seamless transitions during technology rollouts, addressing employee resistance where necessary.
Performance Monitoring: Track platform KPIs (usage, feedback, fallbacks) and convert raw data into actionable business dashboards.
Requirements
A degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in project management or digital adoption roles.
Familiarity with chatbot technologies, digital adoption platforms, CRM systems, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization tools.
Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to manage change programs and train employees on new technologies.
A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.
