About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head, Business Planning with management reporting and strategic planning, in addition to supporting the MDRT Vision Team.

Responsibilities:

Management Reporting

  • Prepare management reports and presentation materials timely, with actionable insights to support senior management’s review and decision-making.
  • Assist in preparation and analysis of information required by stakeholders upon request.
  • Act as the key liaison person with stakeholders within the division to facilitate data submission to Group Office.

Strategic Planning

  • Prepare the sales targets by locations and products, ensuring fair allocation of targets to deliver the intended business outcomes.
  • Oversee the target setting, tracking of business performance and strategic initiatives, including timely circulation of results of strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure timely submission of all metrics to Group Office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry or a strong willingness to learn about it
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions
  • Proficient communications skills to effectively collaborate with the team and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen skills with analytical curiosity with an eye for detail to make recommendations.
  • Self-learner and hands on to trouble shoot and problem solved challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
