Summary
We are on the lookout for an aspiring product specialist who will be part of the Ancillary Products team to support the team's core ancillary products with the common objective of growing ancillary revenue. The Product Specialist would work closely with the team's Product Lead to optimize and improve the revenue and take-up rate of ancillary products under his/her charge. He/She would also be responsible for the pricing of these ancillary products, and actively contribute towards the analysis and reporting of product performance.Job Description
Work closely with the Product Lead to drive ancillary product revenue and improve product take-up rates.
Develop and execute revenue optimization initiatives to maximise ancillary product performance.
Generate actionable insights through regular deep-dive analyses of product performance, customer behaviour, and revenue trends.
Conduct periodic benchmarking and competitor analyses to ensure product propositions and pricing remain competitive and relevant.
Identify growth opportunities, product gaps and customer pain points through customer engagement, feedback and data-driven insights.
Requirements
Degree, preferably with a numerical discipline
Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in ancillary revenue or airline commercial experience
