  • Author solution diagrams (Mermaid/Seq), acceptance criteria, and project management; run partner execution and cutover.

  • Partner with Compliance to land disclosures, flows, and audit trails; define support playbooks with Ops/CS.

  • Measure and report: time-to-integration, success criteria, NPS, incident & rollback plans.

Minimum qualifications
  • Min. 5 years in product/solutions roles delivering payments/fintech or wallets with external partners; you’ve shipped API integrations end-to-end.

  • Crypto fluency: Stablecoins/tokenized deposits, EVM, custody paradigms (Multisig, MPC, TEE) at a conceptual level.

  • Payments fluency: Card issuing/spend controls, ledgers/settlement, payouts, reconciliation (experience with Fintech platforms like Wise/Marqeta/Stripe a plus.

  • Bilingual: Business-level Chinese & English (write/read/speak) to work with Chinese-speaking partners.

  • Timezone: Based in Asia (UTC+5 to +9), Singapore preferred.

  • Excellent spec writing, sequencing, and stakeholder management; comfortable in discovery with BD and in delivery with engineering.

Nice to have
  • Prior experience at Stripe/Marqeta/Nuvei/Checkout.com or crypto exchanges/issuers.

  • Early-stage startup experience (as a founder or core team member)

  • Hands-on with Turnkey or similar wallet infra; experience designing flows that balance security and UX.

  • Launched products across APAC with varied KYC/AML regimes.
