Position Overview: The Solutions Advisor is a key role within Blue Yonder, responsible for providing expert guidance and support to customers using Blue Yonder's supply chain management solutions. This role involves understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will possess strong functional knowledge of supply chain management and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives.

  • Provide expert advice on Blue Yonder's solutions and how they can be leveraged to meet customer needs.

  • Work closely with the implementation team to ensure successful deployment and integration of Blue Yonder solutions.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on best practices and usage of Blue Yonder products.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions to issues.

  • Monitor customer adoption and usage of solutions, identifying opportunities for further optimization and value generation.

  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in supply chain management to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Technical Environment:

  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts for predictive analytics.

  • Experience with supply chain management software platforms.

  • Understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in supply chain management or software solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of Blue Yonder solutions is a plus.
