Description
As a Solutions Architect at Bright Data, you will be the technical backbone of our most strategic customer relationships. This is a high-impact, "full-stack" technical role spanning the entire customer lifecycle, from architecting the initial "technical win" in Pre-sales to ensuring long-term value and partnering with sales on expansion opportunities.
You aren't just a technical resource; you are a strategic partner. You will bridge the gap between complex web data challenges and business outcomes, working closely with Sales, Product, and R&D to ensure our customers can scale their data collection infrastructure with ease.
Responsibilities- Strategic Pre-Sales: Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, lead technical discovery with thoughtful whiteboarding sessions, and build sophisticated POCs that demonstrate the unique value of Bright Data’s suite.
- Architecture & Implementation: Lead technical implementations, working with customer teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into their systems.
- Retention & Expansion: You will lead regular technical reviews to identify optimization opportunities, uncover new use cases, and transition customers from basic usage to advanced architectural adoption.
- Voice of the Customer: Act as a critical feedback loop for our Product and Engineering teams. You will translate field requirements into product features, Coordinate delivery of the features ensuring the deliverables meet customer requirements
- Technical Evangelism: Lead workshops and document use cases and "gold standard" solutions to be shared both internally and with the broader community.
- Experience: 5+ years in a Senior technical client-facing role (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant) within the SaaS, Cloud, or Data space.
- Technical Depth: Proficiency in Python or Node.js, and a deep understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS, HTTP protocols, and networking).
- Web Automation: Hands-on experience with modern headless browsing frameworks like Puppeteer, Playwright, or Selenium.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders while remaining comfortable "in the weeds" with developers.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a high-velocity environment; you are proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
