Lead the APAC Solutions Consulting team in a player-coach role, recruiting and mentoring consultants while owning technical strategy for strategic accounts. Partner with sales, professional services, product, and engineering teams to accelerate deals, improve technical win rates, and support customer retention. Build scalable processes, advise executive stakeholders, and lead complex solutions from presales through implementation. The role is remote in Singapore or China and requires approximately 25% travel.

Take end-to-end ownership of backend features and SaaS services in a microservices architecture. Design, implement, deploy, and operate scalable, reliable Node.js services. Work with Redis Streams, MongoDB, Kubernetes, and ensure test coverage, performance tuning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Act as the technical lead for strategic customers across pre-sales, architecture, implementation, retention/expansion, and product feedback. Build POCs, run technical workshops, ensure integrations scale, and translate customer needs into product features.

The role involves owning product feature development, participating in system design, and maintaining software performance in an agile setting.
