Job Responsibilities :Develop detailed and comprehensive test cases for both manual and automated testing based on project specifications.
Support software testing and automation efforts to ensure high-quality product releases.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to improve product functionality and quality.
Plan and schedule tailored test strategies for each software project to ensure thorough coverage and efficiency.
Conduct continuous testing on project releases, log and screen bugs, and work with software engineers to resolve issues promptly.
Explore and implement AI-driven testing tools and frameworks to generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in software testing (preferred).
Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Selenium, C, C++, or C#.
Strong communication and documentation skills in both English and Chinese to collaborate effectively with Mandarin-speaking associates.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience collaborating with engineers and third-party teams across different time zones.
Familiarity with Windows or Mac application automation is a plus.
Passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and software QA methodologies.
