Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop detailed and comprehensive test cases for both manual and automated testing based on project specifications.
  • Support software testing and automation efforts to ensure high-quality product releases.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to improve product functionality and quality.
  • Plan and schedule tailored test strategies for each software project to ensure thorough coverage and efficiency.
  • Conduct continuous testing on project releases, log and screen bugs, and work with software engineers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven testing tools and frameworks to generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Pre-Requisites :
  • Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in software testing (preferred).
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Selenium, C, C++, or C#.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills in both English and Chinese to collaborate effectively with Mandarin-speaking associates.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with engineers and third-party teams across different time zones.
  • Familiarity with Windows or Mac application automation is a plus.
  • Passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and software QA methodologies.
