As an emerging member of a software engineering team, you execute software solutions through the design, development, and technical troubleshooting of multiple components within a technical product, application, or system, while gaining the skills and experience needed to grow within your role.

As an emerging member of a software engineering team, you execute software solutions through the design, development, and technical troubleshooting of multiple components within a technical product, application, or system, while gaining the skills and experience needed to grow within your role.
Job responsibilities
- Executes standard software solution, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
- Writes secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with limited guidance
- Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream and downstream systems and technical implications
- Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve the value realized by automation
- Applies technical troubleshooting to breakdown solutions and solve technical problems of basic complexity
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering, computer Science or equivalent
- Formal training, or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience and mid-level proficiency in software development using Python
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with working knowledge of Linux (or similar) infrastructure
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a global team
- Demonstrates qualities of a self-starter and willing to work in a dynamic environment with constantly evolving priorities
- Experience in building out observability to continuously understand the health of systems, using Open Telemetry and tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch and Splunk
- Possess ability to analyzing complex systems - failure analysis / root cause analysis, developing, improving, and maintaining technical engineering documentation
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills.
- Familiarity with modern front end technologies
- Exposure with public cloud platforms (preferred AWS), infrastructure provisioning, software configuration and implementation
- Experience in ReactJS development is preferred
