Purpose of Position

CASETiFY is seeking a Social Creative Manager to translate and extend our global campaign creative direction into compelling social-first content. While sitting within the Global Brand Marketing team alongside the broader social media function, this role will work extensively cross-functionally with the Global Creative Team and Vice President of Design to ensure seamless creative adaptation while maintaining platform-specific best practices. The position combines creative direction with hands-on motion graphics capabilities to lead our social aesthetic, transforming campaign assets into engaging social content while developing additional social-first creative initiatives.


Job Description

  • Own and evolve CASETiFY's social media aesthetic across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc)
  • Lead a team of social creatives in concepting, scripting, producing, and editing platform-specific content
  • Transform global campaign creative direction into engaging social-first content while maintaining brand consistency
  • Partner closely with the Global Creative Team to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across channels
  • Oversee creative projects from ideation through delivery, producing world-class assets across platforms
  • Create compelling motion graphics content that extends campaign narratives
  • Stay ahead of social trends to keep content fresh, relevant, and industry-leading
  • Design and optimize diverse content formats, including still images, GIFs, and short-form videos
  • Lead exploration of new formats, tools, and creative approaches to enhance social content strategy
  • Partner with marketing, copy, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive, visually striking campaigns
  • Apply performance insights to refine creative strategies and maximize impact
  • Balance global creative direction with platform-specific requirements
  • Report social, creative performance and insights to Brand Marketing Director
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships across departments

Requirement

  • 5+ years in visual design, art direction, or a related creative field, with a robust portfolio in digital and social media content that showcases your strategic thinking and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic creative direction, storytelling, motion graphics capabilities (After Effects proficiency required), campaign adaptation for social platforms, and innovation in social-first content
  • Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects
  • Expert knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and platform specifications
  • Excellence in translating brand campaigns into platform-specific social content
  • Deep understanding of motion graphics and visual design principles
  • Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration with global creative teams
  • Strategic problem solver who balances creative ambition with business objectives
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with meticulous attention to design quality
  • Ability to maintain creative consistency while pushing boundaries
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
