The Operations Executive will manage incoming calls from drivers, handle order taking, route planning, and driver coordination. Responsibilities include recruiting and training drivers, maintaining documentation, updating databases, and assisting the manager in achieving operational KPIs.
What You Will Deliver
- To handle incoming calls and requirements from drivers.
- To be responsible for order taking, route planning and driver co-ordination.
- To be responsible for driver recruiting and training.
- Driver and customer documentation and filing, update the database.
- To consolidate the order to maximize the use of trucks and vehicles.
- Assist manager to execute daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department.
Who You Are
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Good command of Cantonese and English.
- Proficient in Chinese and English typing.
- Fundamental Microsoft Office knowledge and experience, especially in Excel.
- Experience in the logistics industry, warehouse, trucking company or freight forwarding industry will be a plus.
- Having project experience will be a plus.
- Having a knowledge of TMS/WMS will be a plus.
- Enthusiastic about logistics, e-commerce, project-based operations.
- Candidates with prior. experience in the logistics industry will be considered as Senior Operations Executive.
