CASETiFY is currently recruiting an E-commerce Manager/ Assistant Manager to join our E-commerce Team. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. This position reports directly to the E-commerce Director and is responsible for analyzing E-commerce business performance, providing actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize online sales and customer engagement.

Job Description

  • Perform data analysis on eCommerce business performance, provide insights, and prepare regular reports by markets
  • Track and analyze the performance of prints on the .com site and ensure best-selling & trending prints are prominently featured
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends for key markets and integrate market insights with sales data to optimize the prints showcased on the .com site
  • Provide insights, trends, and recommendations through data analysis to develop website optimization strategies to increase sales and conversion
  • Conduct A/B testing strategies for global and e-commerce, and evaluate results to optimize the website
  • To collaborate with internal teams (Tech Team, Growth Team, Design Team) to ensure the website deliverables are made according to the requirements
  • Collaborate with the Country Team to identify the online launch campaigns, promotions, product & sales forecast, and projection to drive traffic and sales growth
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required and support the team and other teams as required and necessary

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, E-commerce or equivalent
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce and merchandising is preferred, having experience in e-commerce merchandising is a PLUS
  • Strong analytical skills with great problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Knowing SQL is a PLUS
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize and manage work against project timelines, and among the needs of a group of stakeholders
  • Able to work under tight timelines and pressure
  • Data-driven, logical, self-motivated, and organized
  • Fluent in both English & Chinese, excellent in verbal and written communication & presentation skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant eCommerce Manager
