The Assistant E-commerce Manager analyzes E-commerce performance, collaborates with teams to enhance online sales, and develops strategies for growth.
Purpose of Position
- CASETiFY is currently recruiting an Assistant E-commerce Manager to join our E-commerce Team. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. This position reports directly to the E-commerce Director and is responsible for analysing E-commerce business performance, providing actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize online sales and customer engagement.
Job Description
- Perform data analysis on E-commerce business performance, provide insights, and prepare regular reports by markets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends for key markets and integrate market insights with sales data to optimize the prints showcased on the .com site.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive CRO strategies that align with the overall business objectives and enhance the online shopping experience.
- Own the A/B testing roadmap, including hypothesis generation, test setup, execution, and interpretation of results to refine ongoing strategies.
- Create strategic plans and work closely with local markets to deliver sales growth targets and ensure long-term development goals by developing and executing E-commerce plans and campaigns working with the local and global marketing teams, and content strategies that resonate with our target audience.
- Provide insights, trends, and recommendations through data analysis to develop website optimization strategies to increase sales and conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Tech Team, Growth Team, Design Team) to ensure the website deliverables are made according to the requirements.
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required and support the team and other teams as required and necessary.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, E-commerce, Data Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce is preferred, having experience in E-commerce merchandising is a PLUS.
- Proficiency in A/B testing tools, E-Commerce platforms and web analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with great problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Knowing SQL is a PLUS.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize and manage work against project timelines, and among the needs of a group of stakeholders.
- Able to work under tight timelines and pressure.
- Data-driven, logical, self-motivated, and organized.
- Fluent in both English & Chinese, excellent in verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
