How you succeed
Site Reliability (Network) Engineer is responsible for the stability, scalability, and performance of the core network infrastructure. This role bridges traditional network engineering and modern Site Reliability Engineering practices, driving the adoption of code‑driven automation, AI‑assisted observability, and reliability principles to reduce manual effort, increase resilience, and support continuous improvement of the network platform.
What you do

• Incident Response & RCA: Lead response for complex network disruptions and conduct blameless post-mortems and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent systemic recurrence.

• Network Automation: Develop and maintain software tools (Python, Go) that automate lifecycle management, including automated provisioning, testing, and compliance checks.

• Observability & Telemetry: Architect and manage AI-first monitoring systems (Grafana, ELK) to capture deep telemetry predictive failure detection.

• Availability Management: Define and measure network-specific SLIs and SLOs (e.g., latency, jitter, packet loss) and manage "error budgets" to balance network changes with stability.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Adopt and maintain declarative network configurations (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to ensure consistency and speed across multi-cloud and data center environments.

Who you are

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering related.

• At least 5 years of relevant experiences

• Networking Protocols: Deep expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, and IPv6.

• Programming: High proficiency in Python and Java for developing network management platforms and automation scripts.

• Observability Tools: Hands-on experience with Grafana, Elasticsearch, 

• CI/CD : Experience building automated pipelines (Jenkins, bitbucket, jira) for validating network changes before production deployment.
