We have an exciting opportunity for a Services Business Manager & Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Manager – Emerging Markets. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creation of the overall business strategy and its commercial execution for the Services division across Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore and other Emerging Markets (Pakistan, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos). You will oversee business planning with the respective teams, drive execution, and ensure the top line performance of the division. Additionally, you will develop go-to-market strategies, support cross-business initiatives, and manage a team dedicated to driving profitable growth and delivering comprehensive value propositions. The Services Business Manager & CLV Manager will report to the Service Commercial Manager APAC.  

This role will be ideally located either in the Singapore, Malaysia or the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the overall business strategy creation and commercial execution of the Services business across Businesses in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines and other Emerging Markets (Pakistan, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos).

  • Responsible for setting CLV strategy, targets and execution in coordination with businesses and sales leaders

  • Determines go to market strategy and drives performance across all channels (direct, channel partners, PLS)

  • Responsible for the topline in the Services market P&L and delivering on the financial commitments and top line targets.

  • Develops the strategic planning with the respective businesses and leads sales execution

  • Develops local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion)

  • Supports the Businesses in the creation of integral (equipment + service) value propositions to drive profitable growth 

  • Generates locally relevant insights as input for proposition and roadmap development 

  • Drives continuous improvement of the sales process and sales excellence applying LEAN

  • Responsible for Market introduction of new Services and Lifecycle solutions

  • Manages a team of Services account managers, Renewal specialists and Lifecycle Business Manager across Businesses (dotted line and direct reports) 

You're the right fit if:

  • You bring at least 12 - 15 years’ experience with Bachelor's OR Master's in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, Sales Operations, Marketing technology, Healthcare, MedTech or equivalent.

  • Demonstrated strength in key account management, team leadership, coaching, training, and performance management aimed at achieving sales excellence.

  • Experience with high-volume, large-ticket service sales, with the ability to manage complex transaction cycles and high-stakes negotiations.

  • You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to navigate and influence in a matrix environment, teamwork, problem-solving, solution selling, CRM, along with being very analytical and data-driven with strong business acumen.

  • Are customer-focused, thrive in teamwork, demonstrate resilience, efficiency, and possess the ability to effectively set and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining integrity.
