Role Overview
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITOM modules. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions, enhance platform capabilities, and support enterprise IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and scripts
Develop and maintain platform components, including tables, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
Support end-to-end ServiceNow implementation activities, including configuration, testing, and deployment
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support data migration activities
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor performance and KPIs
Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow
Provide technical support and troubleshoot platform-related issues
Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and audit requirements
Requirements & Preferred Profile
5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
Strong hands-on experience in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
Proven experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development
Proficiency in workflows, scripting (JavaScript), and platform components (business rules, client scripts, ACLs, etc.)
Experience in enterprise or large-scale ServiceNow implementations
Exposure to ITSM or CSM modules is advantageous
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS) are a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Candidates must have valid work authorization in Singapore. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
