Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, perform troubleshooting and optimization, follow SDLC and security standards, support CI/CD, and research POCs for technology adoption.

Establish architecture standards and governance, provide technical leadership across cloud, data, AI, and integrations, mentor architects and senior developers, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to shape platform capabilities.

Lead regional execution and adoption of the Assure Integral product across APAC. Act as regional SME to support deal qualification, configurable product design, delivery enablement, and governance. Capture regional feedback to inform the global roadmap and drive standardization, reuse, and reduced customizations while ensuring regulatory and market alignment.

Manage and expand a portfolio of public sector accounts, driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and maintaining strong client relationships while overseeing account financials and project delivery performance.

Provide 24x7 first-level IT support (12-hour shifts) for DXC clients and vendors: troubleshoot and log incidents, perform initial diagnostics, prioritize/dispatch, escalate major incidents, coordinate with support teams and vendors, monitor SLAs, contribute to knowledge base, submit reports, and support onsite client environments. Must work shifts, be Singaporean, and fully vaccinated.
