Owns the technical delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, including architecture, scripting, integrations, configuration, performance tuning, security, troubleshooting, and platform stability. Leads technical customer discussions, design workshops, code reviews, quality standards, escalations, and go-live support. Translates business requirements into scalable solutions while minimizing technical debt and guides team members across enterprise ServiceNow programs.

Support ServiceNow administration, configuration, development, ITSM processes, Service Catalog, workflow automation, low-code applications, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, releases, documentation, and project discussions under experienced team members. The intern will gain practical experience with enterprise applications, digital workflows, platform governance, and software development while collaborating on technology projects.

Supports software development projects by analyzing requirements, writing, testing, debugging, and documenting code. Collaborates with team members, assists with technical issue resolution, adopts emerging technologies and best practices, and learns from senior engineers. Requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of software engineering experience, proficiency in Java, Shell scripting, or Python, and strong communication skills.
