Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our client’s team in Singapore on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and CMDB.
- Configure and customize workflows, UI pages, business rules, and client scripts using ServiceNow platform tools.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system performance and stability.
- Provide Level 2 support for ServiceNow-related issues.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and system processes.
- Support knowledge transfer and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Experience working with ServiceNow releases such as London, Paris, or Queensland.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience in REST and SOAP integrations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent certification.
- Prior experience working with ITIL processes.
