Job Title: SEO Planner (Freelance)

Job Type: Freelance (Contract)

Reports To: SEO Manager

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly Content Planning: Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify relevant topics. Develop comprehensive content briefs outlining key messaging, target audience, and SEO requirements.
• Content Supervision: Oversee and edit content produced by content writers to ensure it aligns with the content strategy, maintains high quality, and adheres to SEO best practices.
• Weekly Reporting: Track and analyze key SEO metrics. Provide actionable insights to optimize content performance and inform future content strategies.
• On-Page Optimization: Implement on-page SEO latest best practices to our targeted landing pages to improve search visibility and organic traffic.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO.
• Understand the recent co-living & kost trends in Singapore.
• Familiarity with Singapore areas, including their trending hangout places.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools like Google Search Console & Ahrefs.
• Experience in tracking performance metrics and providing data-driven insights.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review and optimize content effectively.
