We are looking for someone who can build scalable organic growth systems using AI, not just manage blog content.
This role sits at the intersection of SEO strategy, content quality, and AI-powered automation. You will design systems that allow Wati to scale high-quality content and capture demand across both traditional search and AI discovery platforms.
This is a builder role — ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with new tools, automating workflows, and shipping fast.
What You Will Own (The Outcomes)1. Revenue-Driven Organic Pipeline- Define and execute Wati’s organic growth roadmap across traditional search (Google) and Generative/Answer Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO like Perplexity, ChatGPT Search).
- Own the funnel: Channel → Activation → Pipeline → Revenue. Every organic initiative must include a target metric, revenue logic, and a clear payback period.
- Shift our organic narrative to target higher-value, AI-ready segments (Mid-Market/Enterprise).
- We sell AI, so we must operate with AI. You will design and implement fully scalable, programmatic, and AI-assisted content workflows.
- Use agentic coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to automate SEO tasks, internal linking, and content research.
- Move fast: Launch quickly, iterate weekly, kill quickly if it doesn't work, and scale aggressively if it does.
- Maintain flawless technical SEO (indexation, crawlability, Core Web Vitals).
- Structure our content to be easily digested by LLMs (Schema, entity-driven structures, Information Gain optimization) to ensure Wati is the primary cited source in AI-generated answers.
- You think in revenue, not campaigns. You build models that show exactly how an increase in organic visibility translates to trial signups and closed-won deals.
- You are highly technical. You don't wait for engineers to fix basic site architecture or build internal automation tools; you build them yourself using AI and no-code/low-code solutions.
- You have a high ownership standard. You don't need heavy supervision. You bring 2-3 structured options, clear recommendations, and revenue impact estimates to every meeting.
- You protect the narrative. You know that feature lists do not convert, but clear positioning does. You enforce high editorial standards that AI cannot replicate on its own.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to drive ARR/pipeline growth through SEO and content strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.
- AI-Native Operator: Hands-on experience with programmatic SEO, automated content workflows, and agentic coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Python scripting).
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of traditional Technical SEO, site architecture, and the emerging rules of GEO and AEO.
- Funnel Math: High comfort level with numbers, cohort performance, CAC efficiency, and pipeline velocity.
- Leadership: Experience leading a team (or cross-functional squads) with high accountability and weekly review loops.
