Overall

  • Responsible for orders and revenue growth of Chromatography products in Singapore.
  • Develop and maintain good business partnership with all customers
  • Network actively with the scientific community to understand the current and future market trends
  • Perform any other job duty as assigned by the manager

Pre-sales (70%)

  • Build funnels via account planning, mapping and data analysis to provide accurate forecast and sales strategy.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy
  • Work with other sales members to ensure offerings of total solutions and presenting to new and existing customers.
  • Understand market trends and competitive situation
  • Faithful in updating sales opportunity records in CRM/Salesforce.com

Post sales (30%)

  • Conduct training and responsible for collateral development, joint customer visits and regular communication.
  • Conduct after-sales activities by providing technical and software training, method set-up and responding to customers’ queries
