What You’ll Be Doing - Advise hiring managers and stakeholders as a subject matter expert on the APAC talent market
- Drive direct sourcing and headhunting efforts, owning requisitions from brief to close
- Build and execute innovative talent attraction and pipeline development strategies
- Own the end-to-end candidate experience as a core part of your recruitment practice
- Extensive in-house recruiting experience, with a proven track record placing mid to senior-level roles
- Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability
- Ability to consult, negotiate, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring goals
- English and Chinese language fluency to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers across multiple regions
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business units simultaneously
- Prior experience in a high-growth or fast-scaling tech environment
- Comfort with hiring metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements for candidate and hiring manager experience
