Role Overview
As a member of the TA COE reporting to the Head of APJC TA, the Senior TA Partner, APJC will lead full lifecycle recruiting—including sourcing, screening, and offer consultation—to secure top talent. This role will strategically support hiring needs across Singapore, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand across functions. In addition will be responsible to manage senior level stake holders across functions to be their talent strategic partner to build and scale teams. This role will also support executive level recruitment across APJC and also support early in career hiring across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment services while managing key hiring metrics.
- Support executive level recruitment across APJC
- Drive and support building university relationships
- Build and maintain strong strategic talent partnerships with hiring leaders, HR partners, and business stakeholders.
- Stay informed on business trends, labor market insights, and competitive talent intelligence.
- Share market and candidate insights to influence hiring strategies through data and storytelling.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates and referral sources across corporate and operations talent pools.
- Utilize technology and AI‑enabled tools to efficiently identify, engage, and assess talent.
- Collaborate with the APJC Talent Acquisition Leader to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with peers to ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable hiring practices across the organization.
- Research, design, and implement tailored recruitment strategies for newly assigned requisitions.
- Champion a continuous improvement mindset by leveraging metrics, feedback, and best practices to evolve hiring strategies and optimize processes.
- 12+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 6 years in a corporate environment.
- Experience hiring across APJC countries.
- Experience building and developing relationships with universities
- Executive recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting across a range of disciplines and levels, spanning corporate and operations roles.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, influencing and partnering with leaders at all levels, including executives, through strong consultative communication.
- Excellent sourcing, networking, and market research skills.
- Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills with experience analyzing trends and refining recruiting strategies.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and AI‑driven technology
- Familiarity with the Life Sciences industry also a plus
