Drive strategic initiatives in a high-impact role focused on execution, efficiency, and organizational scaling as part of the CEO Office.
About the RoleResponsibilitiesRequirementsPreferred Qualifications
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Strategy PMO / Project Manager to join our CEO Office / Intelligence & Performance (IP) team.
This role goes beyond traditional project management — you will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and organizational scaling, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives spanning growth, platform risk, and trading product experience.
This is a high-exposure, high-intensity role suited for candidates who are genuinely hungry to build something meaningful — comfortable navigating ambiguity, complexity, and executive-level expectations, and willing to fight for outcomes rather than just manage process.
- Drive end-to-end planning and execution of company-level strategic initiatives, spanning growth, platform risk, trading product experience, and organizational transformation.
- Own the health and evolution of core trading/platform experience — identifying friction points across the user trading journey and driving cross-functional fixes at the root-cause level, not surface patches.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate high-level strategy into executable roadmaps and delivery mechanisms.
- Establish and continuously refine project governance frameworks to improve execution efficiency, visibility, and accountability across teams.
- Identify cross-team bottlenecks and systemic risk/inefficiency, and drive structural solutions rather than one-off fixes.
- Lead high-complexity, cross-functional programs (e.g., growth platforms, platform risk controls, trading systems, or platform-level transformations).
- Support and accelerate company-wide AI transformation initiatives, including:
- Driving AI adoption across product and operational workflows
- Coordinating cross-functional AI pilots and scaling best practices
- Building execution frameworks for AI-enabled delivery models
- Provide clear executive-level updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs, enabling fast and informed decision-making.
- Act as a force multiplier for leadership by driving alignment, execution clarity, and organizational velocity.
- 5–10 years of experience in strategy PMO, program management, or high-impact project/product delivery roles.
- Genuinely aggressive and entrepreneurial — someone who wants to build something real, is willing to grind through ambiguity, and treats this as a mission rather than a job.
- Strong independent thinking and critical reasoning — able to question assumptions, challenge existing frameworks constructively, and form your own point of view rather than just execute.
- Strong data analysis capability — comfortable working with SQL/data queries and dashboards independently, able to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and defend conclusions with data, not just process narrative.
- Strong experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments such as:
- Top-tier management consulting firms
- Top-tier internet companies (ToC product management background welcome)
- Global investment banks
- Fintech, trading, or platform-heavy organizations
- Proven track record of delivering technically or operationally complex programs (e.g., growth platforms, trading systems, platform risk controls, user safety/experience, infra-heavy initiatives).
- Strong systems thinking — able to identify root causes and design scalable solutions.
- Excellent execution skills with a strong bias toward action and outcomes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior executives.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Background in technically or commercially intensive domains such as:
- Growth / user acquisition platforms
- Platform risk control systems
- Trading infrastructure or trading product experience
- Prior experience as a ToC product manager at a leading internet company, or as a strategy/management consultant at a top-tier firm, or in investment banking (M&A, coverage, or strategy roles).
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or global-scale consumer platforms.
- Experience driving AI adoption in product, engineering, QA, or operational workflows.
- Bilingual (English + Mandarin) to collaborate effectively across global teams.
