We are seeking a Senior Product Strategy Operations Manager to join our Singapore team. You will play a central role in translating business requirements into structured implementation inputs, coordinating cross-functional alignment, and supporting the successful rollout of products and features within the Singapore market.

Perks & Benefits - Partner closely with Product Managers to support product strategy and implementation planning for the Singapore market
- Consolidate business, operational, regulatory, and user considerations to help shape product requirements and rollout priorities
- Act as a key liaison between Product and Singapore stakeholders, translating cross-functional feedback into structured requirements and operational action plans
- Track and consolidate product-related issues, user feedback, and operational pain points, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive timely resolution and continuous improvement
- Support investigation and root cause analysis of product or user experience issues, ensuring key findings and business impacts are clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders
- Partner with Product teams on testing, rollout readiness, and post-launch monitoring to support a smooth and high-quality user experience
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Singapore market landscape, including competitor offerings, product trends, user behaviours, and evolving market dynamics
- Gather and consolidate insights from clients, internal stakeholders, market developments, and product usage trends to support business and product discussions
- Develop structured reporting and insight-sharing mechanisms to improve visibility across Product and Business teams
What We Look For In You
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with experience working across business, product, and governance functions
- Ability to translate business and operational requirements into structured documentation and actionable implementation inputs
- Strong judgement and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex trade-offs across business, legal, compliance, and risk considerations
- Highly-organised and detail-oriented, with strong execution discipline and follow-through
- Experience in crypto, fintech, financial services, or regulated technology environments is preferred
