About The Opportunity
Our CeFi Strategy and Innovation is responsible for setting the overall strategy within the CeFi Group, sheparding innovation across the different teams, and orchestrating meaningful product initiatives within CeFi as well as cross-departments. The CeFi organization is responsible for the entire centralized exchange end-to-end, including the listing of spot and perps, retail and institutional trading, core infrastructure, KYC, risk, compliance, customer service, financial assets, globalization, etc.
We seek a Senior Strategy Manager to join the team with a focus on future trends in the crypto and blockchain industry. The successful candidate will help define the overall strategic pillars, oversee and support the related execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure products meet the needs of users, and empower OKX to position itself as a leader in the crypto and blockchain industry.
What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for setting the overall strategic pillars for the CeFi organization, with a focus on forward trends within the crypto and blockchain industry. Examples today include: Telegram miniapps, Meme tokens, DeSci.

Ensure the Product Strategy team and broader CeFi organization keeps up to date with trending topics and macro news as related to the crypto and blockchain industry and beyond.

Strengthen and improve any processes and frameworks such that the various product teams can react quickly to meaningful competitor actions, industry trends, and user needs.

Provide reliable support to orchestrate meaningful production initiatives within the CeFi organization and cross-departments, with a focus on forward trends within crypto and blockchain industry.
What We Look For In You

3 years experience in the cryptocurrency industry.

3 years experience with strategic-related roles (e.g. consulting, investment banking, strategy teams at a tech company).

Strong relationships with key players in crypto and blockchain ecosystem.

Robust familiarity with various blockchain ecosystems, DeFi protocols, meme/altcoin trading.

Professional capabilities in Mandarin and English.
