We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex HealthTech and InsurTech implementations across one of our leading solutions. This role sits at the heart of client delivery, owning end‑to‑end project execution while acting as a trusted partner to enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast‑moving, client‑facing environments and is comfortable operating across business, product, and technology teams.
The role also plays a critical leadership function in shaping and advancing PMO practices, driving delivery excellence, and fostering a high‑performance project management culture across the organisation.
Responsibilities
1) Project Planning & Implementation
Define and manage scope, timelines, budgets, resourcing, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Drive delivery discipline using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at quality.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, product, engineering, and customer support to facilitate project progress.
2) Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during implementation engagements, owning senior stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and executive levels.
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, shaping strategic discussions, influencing decision-making, and aligning solutions to client business outcomes.
Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, managing competing priorities, expectations, and organisational dynamics effectively.
Lead executive-level communications, including steering committees, business reviews, and escalation management.
Provide clear, structured communication on progress, risks, issues, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and confidence at all levels of client organisations.
3) Risk, Quality & Governance
Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Ensure thorough testing and validation of deployed solutions to confirm functionality and performance.
Maintain strong delivery governance, comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and communication records.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
4) Continuous Improvement
Collect and analyse feedback from clients and team members to identify areas for improvement and embed lessons learned into delivery practices.
Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance project management processes and client satisfaction.
Contribute to the ongoing maturity of the project management standards, tools, and playbooks across the organisation.
5) Leadership & PMO Excellence
Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and cross-functional team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Act as a key contributor to the evolution of the PMO function, defining and embedding best practices, governance frameworks, and delivery standards.
Drive consistency and scalability in project delivery through standardised methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks.
Partner with senior leadership to prioritise initiatives, optimise resource allocation, and align delivery with strategic business objectives.
Champion a results-driven delivery culture, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
Candidate Profile
Experience and Qualifications
Over 7-10 years experience in project management; delivering complex technology or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience within HealthTech, InsurTech, FinTech or enterprise SaaS environment strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or equivalent project management certification highly desirable.
