The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting a Content & Commerce Solution Consultant to join our expanding Asia Expert Solution Consultant team. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical resource for the field sales team. Your main responsibility will be to support the Adobe Digital Experience sales team and drive the growth of the Content Solutions business from a technology standpoint.
You will actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and advocate for Adobe Digital Experience solutions. This role requires solution selling capabilities, value-proposition selling methodologies, strong business and selling instincts, and direct, in-person consultation with customers. The Solution Consultant must be able to articulate technology and solution positioning to both business and technical users.
Our most successful Solution Consultants take a consultative approach and are looked upon by our customers as subject matter authorities and trusted advisors. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals to build on their existing track record.
What You'll Do:

Conduct discovery sessions with prospects and customers to uncover business requirements and technical challenges.

Understand customer requirements and work with Adobe sales team to craft an appropriate strategy to close the sale.

Delight customers with Adobe's Content Solution offerings (AEM, Workfront, Commerce, GeoStudio, etc.) by crafting and delivering solution presentations and demonstrations.

Collaborate with other Solution Consultants and LOBs to build innovative and compelling solutions.

Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.

Provide technical, functional, and domain expertise to our customer base.

Establish and grow relationships at all levels of a customer organisation.

Quickly learn new technologies and translate the features into business benefits and value.

Support demand generation to build pipelines.

Amplify Adobe's voice at field events such as conferences, seminars, and etc.
What You'll Need To Succeed:
-
Minimum 5 years of pre-sales experience in CMS, Commerce, and Digital Marketing; working experience with Adobe Solutions like AEM, Adobe Commerce is a plus.

Subject matter expertise along with validated track record in technical sales of Enterprise SaaS, Cloud, Managed Services, Headless and Hybrid Web Content Management, digital asset management solutions, and commerce solutions.

Experience with selling or implementing an enterprise-class Web content management /commerce solution is required; a big plus if that solution is AEM, Adobe Commerce.

Strong knowledge of key Web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, Javascript is required. You should also be familiar with Web infrastructure technologies such as Web servers, application servers, DNS, CDNs.

Knowledge of the latest trends in martech, Content Management and eCommerce is a plus.

Superb communication and presentation skills. Comfortable delivering presentations to large audiences as well as senior leaders.

Solid understanding of enterprise sales and process as well as the ability to work in a highly matrixed team environment, partnering with all other organisations within Adobe including sales, engineering, product, marketing, and partners.

Be creative, genuine, self-motivated and involved.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
