The Team

The Technical Validation team is made up of Solutions Consultants, Data Architects, and technologists spread across the globe who are dedicated to assisting Adobe’s field organization in pre-sales solution positioning and evaluation. Our success rests on smooth collaboration and alignment with Adobe’s broader ecosystem—including sales, support, services, and product teams. Through visionary demos, proofs of concept (POCs), hands-on labs, and boot camps, we highlight Adobe’s powerful capabilities and secure technical wins for the sales team.

The Opportunity

As a Solution Consultant, guide prospects and clients evaluating Adobe Experience Platform.

What you'll do

  • Craft and deliver inspiring customer engagements that highlight key features of Adobe Experience Platform and its Application Services.

  • Lead the Technical Validation team's pre-sales offerings and recommend the most impactful solutions for each customer scenario.

  • Translate client requirements into actionable solutions and use cases within the AEP platform.

  • Collaborate with sellers, Solutions Consultants, and teammates for customer workshops showcasing AEP solutions.

  • For POCs: Leverage your data strategy and technical skills to gather requirements, implement use cases, and demonstrate integrations with AEP and Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g., Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Optimizer, Target) in a multifaceted, fast-paced setting.

  • Collaborate with Adobe teams, customers, partners, and prospects to define POC objectives, aligning on solution design, scope, and timelines to deliver persuasive outcomes.

  • Implement and deliver end-to-end POC use cases to showcase both technological capabilities and business value.

What you need to succeed

  • Business or native-level fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.

  • Proven experience building customer-centric datasets (e.g., CRM, Call Center, Marketing, Offline, Point of Sale).

  • Expertise in data collection strategies, Identity Management, and activating use cases with a Customer Data Platform (Adobe RTCDP experience preferred).

  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, digital analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Unifi, SnapLogic), and SQL.

  • Hands-on experience with APIs or API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman).

  • Ability to write clear User Stories and Use Cases to detail requirements.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a track record of managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) and the ability to engage both business and technical audiences, including IT staff and management.

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Special Consideration Skills and Knowledge

  • Outstanding presentation, oral, and written communication skills, with experience addressing diverse audiences across all organizational levels and regions.

  • Background in Digital Analytics, Digital Marketing, or Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

  • Prior experience as a Technical Sales Consultant, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales teams and guide customers to successful outcomes through compelling presentations.

  • Knowledge of B2B account- and lead-based marketing.

  • Familiarity with Tag Management systems and other data collection tools.

  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).

  • Understanding of regional Data Privacy Laws.
