Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Operations Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversight for end-to-end sales operations, driving process optimization, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance sales performance and revenue growth. He/she will also need to manage and oversee the bid management process, ensuring competitive, compliant, and high-quality proposals that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable sales processes to maximize efficiency and sales effectiveness.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
  • Manage CRM systems strategy to ensure data accuracy, automation, and user adoption across sales teams.
  • Lead and develop the sales operations team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and implement technology improvements to enhance sales workflows and reporting.
  • Oversee the entire bid management lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, bid strategy development, cross-functional coordination, proposal creation, compliance, and submission.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years progressive sales operations experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in CRM management (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in bid or proposal management, preferably with large or complex deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead change, and work collaboratively across teams.
