Senior Sales Manager

  • Based in Hong Kong, the candidate is responsible for selling and promoting Logicalis digital transformation solution such as
  • Develop, maintain and grow businesses with existing customer and hunting new account.
  • Early engagement with customers to gather the most appropriate technical requirements
  • Compile sales proposals and conduct presentations to customers
  • Update sales activities in Salesforce (customer meetings, PoC, etc), deal cost analysis and provide accurate pipeline forecast to key management team
  • Work closely with local partners (Vendors, Distributors, consulting partners etc) and pre-sales team on bidding strategy
  • Deliver across a balanced scorecard of targets for the group (annual revenue and profit targets) while developing a long terms strategy for growth
  • Excel business objectives and maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction with key Account clients at C level

Requirements:

  • University graduate major in computing, business administration and Telecom related will be essential
  • Minimum 3-5 year’s sales experience in IT industry (System Integrator or Vendor) is preferable with proven sales track records.
  • With experience to handle Multinational business is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience of business and market development, including complex sales business-to-business cycles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer relationship and base (key stakeholders) is a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential.

The Individual and their Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related Discipline
  • At least 10 years of sales related experience working in a Solution Provider / Systems Integrator or Managed Service Provider
  • Proven track record in developing and growing the business, having built, managed and maintained a strong pipeline of technology deals.
  • Proven track record of sales and general management
  • Proven track record of sales excellence
  • Strong customer management and development skills.
  • Strong technology partner management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage sales forecasts and accustomed to regular financial reporting.
