About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Resource Management Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and project governance. This role will play a critical part in generating management reports, analyzing resource utilization, and supporting project governance processes across various business units. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Excel and reporting tools (eg. PowerBI, PowerApps, Excel), organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and automate recurring reports and dashboards (e.g., resource utilization, capacity planning, project health, timesheet compliance).
  • Collate and clean data from multiple sources such as Planview, Salesforce, DarwinBox, and Excel trackers.
  • Analyze trends and variances to provide actionable insights for leadership and project teams.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests from Resource Management Office.
  • Monitor and track key project metrics including schedule, budget, risk, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reviews and monthly business reporting packs.
  • Coordinate with Resource Management Office to gather and validate project-related data.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve reporting workflows.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives driven by the Resource Management Office.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Project Management Officer, Resource Management or Project Operations or related roles
  • Prior experience in professional services, consulting, technology, or related industries is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with resource management or project management tools (Planview, Salesforce, MS Project, or similar platforms) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive mindset, highly organized, and solutions oriented.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
