Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior RMO Analyst to lead firm-wide staffing and resource optimization across different sectors and capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs.
- Develop long-term resource capacity plans.
- Work closely with HR to advise on hiring, contracting, and skill development.
Project Staffing & Engagement Support
- Lead allocation of resources across client projects.
- Balance project needs with business development activities.
- Serve as central contact for staffing and conflict resolution.
Utilization & Performance Monitoring (Data management)
- Drive optimization of billable utilization.
- Produce reports and dashboards on utilization and resource alignment.
- Analyze deployment trends for leadership insights.
Stakeholder & Talent Development Collaboration
- Partner with People Team and Capability leadership.
- Support performance review calibrations.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accuracy in resource management tools.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
- Support change management initiatives.
- Recommend innovative ways to optimize current team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in resource management in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or PowerApps is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage staffing across multiple practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and resource management systems e.g. Planview, Clarity etc.
- Familiarity with consulting engagement lifecycle.
- Experience with global staffing is an advantage.
