About the role

You will be the quality champion for our entire product suite— including self-custodial wallet, account abstraction products, Node RPC services, and a pipeline of web / mobile dApps. As the first senior-level QA on the team, you will own test strategy end-to-end, automate for scale, and embed security-critical thinking into every release.

Key responsibilities
  • Quality strategy & process: Define and continuously improve QA standards, release criteria, and metrics. Select and maintain the right toolchains.
  • Automation: Build and maintain a unified test automation framework covering web, mobile and backend APIs.
  • Functional & regression testing: Author and execute test plans for new wallet features, account-abstraction flows, and future dApps. Ensure backward compatibility across wallet versions and blockchain networks.
  • Performance & reliability: Drive load, stress, and fail-over testing.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering Leads to refine acceptance criteria. Taking ownership, follow up and drive the quality assurance workflow.
Qualifications

Required experiences

  • 3+ years in QA for consumer web/mobile app, blockchain or fintech products, with at least 2+ years leading automation efforts.
  • Deep experience in one web/mobile automation stack.
  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript competence.
  • Excellent written & verbal English; able to write crisp test plans and bug reports.

Nice-to-have

  • Prior work on a self-custodial crypto wallet, or DeFi app.
  • Familiarity with Solidity, smart contract security basics and testing.
  • Knowledge of account abstraction.
  • Startup or scale-up experience; comfortable with rapid iteration.
  • Experience of utilizing AI tools for testing.
