Why We Need You

We have several enterprise projects coming in fast and are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in APAC. This role can be based in Singapore or Malaysia.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining resource requirements and managing resource availability and allocation. You will need to own and outline the project budget and track costs to ensure the project is delivered within budget. You should also have experience preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key milestones, workstreams, and activities.


Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, to quality, scope and budget.
  • Developing projects scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring deliverables are feasible and are achievable.
  • Responsible for resource planning and allocation; delegate tasks based on resources strengths, skill sets and experience.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Lead project planning sessions with regular meetings.
  • Track and constantly measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Analyse the successful completion of short-and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Regularly meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements.
  • Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders. You will also serve as primary contact for client inquiries and concerns throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Adhere to internal governance and project methodologies.
  • Manage project change and ensure change requests are approved by clients before work commences.
  • Prompt internal escalation and briefing of upcoming issues.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in accordance with the sa.global implementation methodology.
  • Ensure all project resources maintain high level performance and accountable for resource utilisation of the project team.
  • Designing risk mitigation plan.
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.


Skills and Experience

  • Experience managing large enterprise ERP projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering ERP projects with experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple geographies.
  • Experience managing large complex projects.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Both written and oral.
  • Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Solve complex problems with creative solutions.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a consulting environment.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
  • Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure.
  • Places emphasis on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across client and project teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
  • Strong understanding of the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Strong understanding of industry-standard business practices supported by Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience in working with Agile Methodology.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferable.
  • Project management certification (PMP and/or PRINCE II) is highly desirable.
