We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our Singapore team, bringing experience from a top-tier management consulting firm and a strong passion for sports. At CAA Portas, you’ll collaborate closely with senior clients and lead multiple high-impact projects offering a unique level of ownership and visibility that allows you to showcase your entrepreneurial spirit. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage single or multiple project teams to deliver exceptional impact 

  • Lead team problem-solving 

  • Lead client interactions and manage client relationships 

  • Produce high quality strategy presentations and deliverables 

  • Coach and develop team members to become excellent consultants 

  • Help drive Portas business development on a global basis 

  • Build the firm’s knowledge base

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience as a manager at a top tier strategy consulting firm or strategy experience in a reputed sports organisation 

  • Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions 

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills 

  • Demonstrated leadership ability 

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 

  • Genuine interest and passion in sport 

  • Solid sports industry knowledge is desirable 

  • Prepared to work on a global basis
