Role Summary:
This Project Management role involves supporting senior managers in client relationship development and managing project needs, including presentations, budgets, and SOW documentation. The position requires assisting with proposal development, gathering data for business operations, and acting as a reliable client contact focused on execution and building foundational relationships. Success relies on a proactive attitude, commercial savvy, and a focus on excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Role:
- Support senior project managers in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Assist in project managing client needs, including preparing presentation materials, tracking budgets, managing SOW documentation, and processing renewals.
- Support the senior team in becoming a reliable point of contact for clients and partners, focusing on execution and building foundational relationships.
- Assist in developing proposals and pitch materials by gathering resources, organising timelines, and contributing to case studies.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks, escalating obstacles to senior staff as appropriate.
- Be financially and commercially savvy, able to interrogate numbers for presentation to the client presentations.
- Gather and organise data to support the day-to-day operations of the business unit and contribute to timely updates and reporting.
- Support strategic and operational business initiatives, focusing on the execution of assigned tasks.
- Maintain a focus on excellent customer service and operational efficiency in daily tasks.
You:
- 4+ years of experience in an agency, consultancy, or in-house team, with exposure to account management, marketing, and creative processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and tasks with attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients and internal teams, and able to convey business issues clearly.
- Prepare presentation materials and be comfortable presenting to small groups or internal teams.
- Foundational understanding of business processes and a willingness to develop strategic and analytical skills.
- Eager to learn and contribute to process improvement within a start-up environment.
- Able to balance and prioritise tasks and deadlines.
- Eager to learn and support team motivation with a flexible approach to changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and — ideally — proficiency in another Asian language is a plus.
