Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate retail shop-fitting projects & office projects
- Prepare and manage project costing and budgeting
- Achieve and maintain standardization and corporate identity for all retail stores
- Prepare work instructions/orders and submit drawings to main contractors and architects
- Work and communicate with interior designers in Singapore for designing and renovation of retail stores
- Coordinate shipment for international orders
- Perform invoice and packing list for customers for shipment
- Plan and forecast shipments on a weekly/monthly basis
- Attend site meetings prior to project implementation including coordinating on-site installation work, supervising on-site installation, etc
- Liaise and coordinate with related parties (e.g.: contractors, suppliers, business partners, etc) on shop fitting progress
- Perform quality checks and proper handover upon completion of projects
- Achieve project completion deadlines
- Perform administrative duties like ordering materials, planning delivery schedules for materials to be shipped to the respective country for renovation works, managing quotations, costing, filling, etc
- All other ad-hoc matters assigned by the team/management
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Building/ Interior Design/ Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
- Familiar with Architectural Drawings
- Familiar with carpentry, electrical, renovation works, and fit-out works
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Email
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Retail Project General & M&E construction
- Good negotiation, coordination, and project management skills
- Proactive and meticulous
- Previous Project management & Quantity Surveyor experience in retail projects preferred
- Strong interest in project construction
