Singapore based, we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager – AI Risk Strategy to lead the evolution of OKX Buy/Sell Crypto risk control capabilities. You will own the end-to-end risk strategy across transaction risk, fraud prevention, review operations and AI-powered decision making.

- Own the end-to-end risk strategy for Buy/Sell Crypto products, including transaction risk control, fraud prevention, review workflows and decision engines.
- Design and continuously optimize the risk control architecture, including rule engines, policy engines, model orchestration and review systems.
- Independently analyze large-scale transaction and risk data to identify fraud patterns, emerging attack vectors and strategy optimization opportunities.
- Design, implement and iterate risk policies based on data-driven insights to improve fraud detection while minimizing user friction.
- Define and optimize model policies, decision thresholds, confidence scores and human-in-the-loop review mechanisms.
- Conduct root cause analysis, monitor risk performance and perform A/B testing to continuously improve strategy effectiveness.
- Lead the transformation of manual review into AI Agent-powered intelligent review by designing LLM-driven workflows, reviewing policies and operational processes.
- Drive continuous optimization of AI Agents through prompt engineering, policy iteration, feedback loops and model evaluation.
- Improve operational efficiency by increasing automation, optimizing resource utilization and reducing manual review costs.
- Partner closely with Engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable and intelligent risk systems.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Risk Strategy, Fraud Detection, Risk Product Management, Trust & Safety or related fields.
- Strong experience designing transaction risk strategies, fraud detection systems or review platforms.
- Proven ability to independently analyze large datasets, identify risk patterns and translate insights into effective risk strategies.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data analysis. Experience with Python, Spark or other analytical tools is a strong plus.
- Experience designing and optimizing rule engines, policy engines, risk scoring or decision engines.
- Strong understanding of fraud prevention, transaction risk, payment risk, account security or related risk domains.
- Experience designing model policies, evaluation metrics and strategy iterations for machine learning or AI-based systems.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, policy design, model evaluation and production iteration.
- Experience designing or implementing AI Agent workflows, AI-assisted review systems or intelligent operational processes.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to perform root cause analysis and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership and execution.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to support cross-functional collaboration in a global environment.
- Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, payments, banking or internet risk control.
- Experience building AI-native products or AI-powered operational systems.
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent orchestration, tool calling and model evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with A/B testing, strategy experimentation and online/offline model evaluation.
- Knowledge of AML, KYC, payment fraud, account takeover, scam prevention or identity risk.
- Experience working with AI coding assistants or automation tools to improve product development efficiency.
