About the role:
- Client Engagement Excellence: Collaborate on the Key Client program, understand client needs, create cross-selling opportunities, and strengthen client relationships under the guidance of the Associate Director.
- Digital Tools and Sales Enablement: Support the use of digital marketing platforms to boost sales enablement, maximize ROI, and enhance online client experiences.
- Data-Driven Insights: Aid in leveraging data analytics to refine marketing strategies and achieve measurable results.
- Thought Leadership and Content Creation: Help produce impactful content like reports and webinars to establish industry leadership.
- Brand Visibility and Market Expansion: Work with cross-functional teams to increase brand awareness, develop sector-specific strategies, and expand market presence in Asia Pacific, following strategic directions from the Associate Director.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Analyse data to inform marketing strategies and ensure they are aligned with business objectives.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and coordinate marketing events, such as conferences, webinars, and client meetings. Ensure these events are effectively promoted and executed to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor expenditures and provide regular reports on budget performance.
About you:
- Strong understanding of client engagement and ability to support key account strategies.
- Experience with digital marketing tools to drive sales enablement and enhance online experiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
- Ability to create impactful content (e.g., reports, webinars) to support thought leadership.
