[What the role is]
1. Support the Group’s analytical and reporting needs, and engage stakeholders within and across teams to articulate and frame updates for senior management, the Community Chest Committee, funders and donors2. Demonstrate strong business acumen to anticipate organisational needs, identify emerging challenges, and proactively develop analytical solutions that advance the Group’s philanthropic and engagement outcomes
3. Spearhead data quality initiatives and process improvements to enhance analytical capabilities and reporting accuracy
[What you will be working on]
Data analytics and insights to drive transformation
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and transform data analyses into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders Design and maintain dynamic dashboards that enable real-time monitoring of key performance indicators and strategic objectives
- Anticipate analytical needs and proactively propose solutions that address current and emerging business requirements
- Design and implement automated solutions to streamline data collection, validation, and reporting processes
- Develop SOPs, documentation and data governance framework to ensure data quality, integrity and compliance
- Lead data cleaning and standardisation initiatives to improve data integrity across systems

- Lead projects and assignments as and when needed

- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving data quality issues
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong foundation in financial analysis and business metrics
- Experience in data cleaning, validation, and quality control process
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, and financial modelling
- Experience with business intelligence tools and dashboard creation
- Knowledge of data governance principles & best practices
- Knowledge of the social service sector / fundraising landscape would be an advantage
