JOB OVERVIEW:

As one of the most exciting integrated resorts in the world, Marina Bay Sands’ Brand is much bigger than its advertising. In this newly created role, we are looking to develop the clarity, impact, desire & intangible meaning that the best brands in the world imbue.

We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Senior Manager, Creative Content to shape and elevate our photography and film output across the world's most iconic integrated resort. This role sits at the intersection of concept and craft: you will originate bold, culturally resonant visual ideas and see them through to flawless execution on set, on location, and in post-production.

We are looking for a curious, driven, experienced individual to champion the ever evolving visual language of a globally recognised luxury brand across hotel, dining, entertainment and destination experiences.

JOB SCOPE

  • Conceive and direct the visual and narrative concepts for photography and film campaigns spanning brand, hospitality, F&B, entertainment, and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Translate brand strategy and creative briefs into compelling mood boards, storyboards, treatments, and shot lists that inspire internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Art direct photo and film shoots end-to-end — from pre-production planning and location scouting to on-set direction of talent, photographers, directors, and crew.
  • Partner closely with producers to manage shoot logistics, timelines, and budgets without compromising creative ambition.
  • Provide precise, constructive direction during post-production, retouching, colour grading, and edit reviews to ensure every frame meets Marina Bay Sands' exacting visual standards.
  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, digital, and PR teams to ensure visual output is consistent, distinctive, and aligned to campaign objectives across all channels.
  • Build and maintain a curated network of photographers, directors, stylists, and production partners who reflect the caliber of the brand.
  • Champion emerging visual trends, formats, and technologies relevant to luxury hospitality, while ensuring all creative remains true to brand codes.
  • Mentor junior creatives and provide art direction feedback that raises the craft level of the wider team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You’re someone who wants to solve complex challenges and can see the big picture for what the future can and should be, while being able to act upon that vision and drive the work forward today.

As a hospitality brand operating at the highest levels of luxury, we are looking for candidates who are well-traveled and comfortable in other cultures.  Experience within the luxury, hospitality & fashion industry would be preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of experience in art direction or creative direction, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and hands-on execution in photography and film.
  • Proven experience art directing on set — confident, decisive, and collaborative in fast-paced production environments.
  • Exceptional visual and storytelling sensibility, with fluency in composition, lighting, styling, and narrative pacing.
  • Experience working with luxury, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands preferred.
  • Strong command of the full production process, from concept development through to final delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to present and defend creative ideas persuasively.
  • A refined eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to craft and quality befitting a world-class luxury destination.

Marina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore. Our employees are committed to adhere to and abide by all rules, regulations, policies and procedures, including the rules of conduct and business ethics of the Company.
