IN BRIEF 

EVYD Technology is building a future where everyone can access better healthcare. Our Business department is the spearhead of our organization that identifies new markets to venture into and secures business. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing go-to-market strategies to establish new markets and customers for us. In the process, you will craft new solutions with Product, Technology, and Medical and craft solutions that integrate technology and medical intelligence.


KEY DELIVERABLES 

  • Support the go-to-market plan for our expansion into new regions and countries.
  • Nurture at least 2 leads per targeted country per year.
  • Secure at least 1 qualified target per region per year.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and assess industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
  • Manage the proposal process, including detailed RFP requests, content creation, and inputs from multiple sources.
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision makers, review potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategy, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate pricing for proactive bids and proposals.
  • Support and drive commercial contracts drafting and reviews for new and existing customers, in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
  • Collaborate and work closely with Product, Technology, and Medical to understand EVYD’s capabilities and pitch clients accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • 5 - 8 years’ experience in business consulting, business development, or commercial role. Experience from healthcare, healthtech, life sciences, or insurance sector will be advantageous.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and thrives in an ambiguous environment.
  • Successful track record in B2G and B2B business development and sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Can formulate stories, prepare and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Able to travel as required for customer meetings and events.
  • Excitement about the vision and mission of EVYD.
